EN. Member records include email, language, internal member reference, plan, payment/access status and access dates. If device alerts are enabled, we store the browser-generated push subscription until it is disabled or becomes invalid. Hashed email or network identifiers may be retained temporarily to rate-limit enrollment and login-code requests. The contact form stores optional name, email, topic, message, language, request status and consent/record timestamps. Stripe handles card data directly; Sunday Academy does not store full card numbers.

EN. We use the data to send member service messages, receive and track support requests, operate accounts and entitlements, and protect the service from spam and abuse. We do not use a support message as consent for unrelated marketing.

Cloudflare supports hosting, database and scheduled processing; Supabase provides email authentication; Stripe processes payments; an email provider sends service messages; and TradingView supplies market widgets. OpenAI may assist with translation, summarisation and news context using only the news material being processed—not member names, emails or payment data. Device notifications travel through the member's browser or operating-system push service.

EN. Secure, JavaScript-inaccessible cookies keep member and admin sessions signed in, while the language preference is stored in the browser. Cloudflare Turnstile helps deter bots before checkout. TradingView widgets and browser push providers may receive ordinary technical data such as browser type, network address and request time under their own policies.

EN. Account, payment and necessary audit records are retained for no longer than five years after the latest transaction unless law, a dispute or an investigation requires longer. Closed support records are retained up to 24 months; rate-limit and security records up to 90 days; automation health records up to 120 days; completed push-delivery records up to 90 days; inactive interest-list records up to 24 months; and device-push subscriptions until withdrawn or reported invalid. Records are then deleted or reasonably de-identified. Request access, correction or deletion through the contact form; limited verification may be required.
